New Students entering Bayou Lacombe Middle School must present the following items for school registration. 

           

            *State Certified Birth Certificate

            *Social Security Card

            *Proof of Residence (3 required)

            *Assignment Letter (if applicable)

            *Immunization Record

            *Last Report Card/Records from last school

            *State Test Results (For in-state transfer)

            *Custody Papers (if applicable)
